We are seeking an experienced and adaptable ICU / PCU Registered Nurse to join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Washington. The ideal candidate must be confident working across multiple care areas, including ICU, PCU, and Med / Surg , and comfortable floating as needed.

This role requires a strong clinical skill set, excellent critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting.
