🔍 Key Qualifications :

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR Internal / Family Medicine with proven EM experience

Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of recent Emergency Medicine practice – required

Ohio medical license (active or in process) – required

DEA license (must be in place before start)

Clean malpractice & license history – required

COVID-19 Vaccination – required

List of EM procedures performed must be provided
