Mid-Level Software Engineer with Python / Java

Salary : $50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant software development experience
• Proficient in production systems, beyond just prototypes
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and logging techniques
• Familiar with Git-based workflows including pull requests and code reviews
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
• Must be onsite, with remote work not permitted

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with senior developers to design and execute software solutions

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Test and troubleshoot software applications

Aid in the software deployment process

Work alongside a cross-functional team in an Agile / SCRUM setup

Engage in code review sessions and offer constructive feedback

Keep abreast of emerging technologies and software development trends

Work with data structures, algorithms, and foundational computer science principles

Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js

Design and enhance backend APIs utilizing C# (.NET) and Node.js

Create and optimize RESTful APIs with clear contracts and consistent error management

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls

Design, query, and enhance MS SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and indexes

Write efficient backend logic that supports scalability and performance

Collaborate on data modeling and API-to-database integration

Write comprehensive software development documentation

Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews

Resolve production issues and improve overall system reliability

Operate within Agile / SCRUM development workflows
