ROLE IMPACT

As a Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of the company’s brand visibility, demand generation, and client engagement strategies. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will own initiatives that directly influence how prospects, partners, and clients experience the brand. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role for a professional who thrives on precision, accountability, and continuous optimization.

You will lead event marketing, email campaigns, and website management while working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact marketing tools that support Sales, Franchise Relations, Funding, Lending, and other internal teams. Your decisions will shape how effectively marketing efforts convert interest into engagement—and engagement into measurable results.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead planning, execution, and performance analysis for virtual and in-person events
• Manage pre-event and post-event marketing activities and provide ROI-driven recommendations
• Own email marketing workflows : automation, campaign optimization, segmentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling copy, creative assets, and nurture strategies
• Maintain website content and imagery to align with brand standards and support conversions
• Improve website user experience to increase engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth
• Partner with internal departments to deliver collateral, automated workflows, and case studies
• Support Franchise Relations, Sales, HR, Finance, Funding, and Lending with proactive solutions
• Track marketing performance metrics and deliver data-backed insights for ongoing optimization
• Serve as the marketing lead for the tech stack and support system refinements and integrations
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance platform performance and streamline processes
