About The Position

ID : 73751488 Shift : 07 : 00 - 17 : 30 4x10 Hr Description : Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.Job Summary : -Responsibilities to include Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology and / or Structural Heart. -Ensures that complete and accurate documentation is maintained, ensures accurate medication, charge, and reporting accuracy of daily procedural case load. -Respond and provide emergent care, performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of the lab. -Assures preparedness of procedure rooms and compliance in accordance with PHS, Local and Federal regulations.Skills : Required Skills & Experience : -One plus (1)+ years of adult Cath lab diagnostic and interventional procedure in performing scrubbing, circulating and monitoring and recording duties.-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment. -Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.Preferred Skills & Experience : -Prefer 3 years of adult Cath lab diagnostic, interventional, or EP, procedures in performing scrubbing, circulating and monitoring / recording duties.Education : Required Education : -Associates Degree in one of the following : Invasive Cardiovascular / Cardiopulmonary Technologist program; Radiology; Respiratory therapy; Paramedic program; Surgical Technology.OR -Four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.Preferred Education : -N / A Required Certifications & Licensure : -RCIS or RCES.-BLS.-ACLS.-PALS is only required at Presbyterian Downtown.Preferred Certifications & Licensure : -N / AJob Category : Clinical - Allied Guaranteed Hours : 40.00 Contract Weeks : 89
