Retail Customer Service Associate

This position plays a key role in the success of our retail operations. As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing them with the right solutions using Sherwin-Williams products. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on product features and store standards.

As someone who achieves excellent customer service, you will contribute significantly to meeting the store's sales goals while maintaining the visual and quality standards of our products. Your responsibilities may involve contact with customers of all ages, and you'll handle cash and payment methods, as well as ensure secure access to store merchandise.

We require the selected individual to work at various store locations within a 15-mile radius of Store #708231, situated at 401 West International Airport Rd STE 1A, Anchorage, AK 99518. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
