JOB SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assists in the development, preparation and monitoring of operating budgets and forecasts, statistical / operational reports, financial analysis and business development projects while providing high quality, responsive customer service.
- Under the guidance of the Manager, Financial Planning, serves as a financial consultant to executive / management teams to ensure financial goals / objectives for assigned departments, divisions, and service lines are met.
- Coordinates reporting activities; prepares reports for evaluating and analyzing financial performance; facilitates, develops and prepares financial analysis of existing and new programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for coordination and execution of special projects as assigned.

Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
A. EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE :
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare finance or related field; or four (4) years business or finance experience may be substituted for educational requirement.B. EXPERIENCE :
In addition to education requirement, two years (2) experience in finance or a related field performing budgeting and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, along with knowledge of general accounting and cost accounting.Experience to demonstrate :o Ability to develop and maintain PC worksheets of high complexity.
o Ability to extract and report off relational databases.
o Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of people to accomplish assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with high quality customer service.
o Effective written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills.
