The Opportunity

Join EY's Oracle Services practice and play a pivotal role in managing and delivering large-scale, complex application implementations. Our Oracle Applications and Technology Services team collaborates with area offices to leverage Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications, guiding clients in understanding and implementing the core technology required to drive their business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will focus on delivering high-quality processes, solutions, and projects, with an emphasis on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring billability through chargeable work to external clients.
  • Leading workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
  • Managing project status and overseeing deliverable completion.
  • Participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning to execution.
  • Identifying additional service opportunities to drive sales.
  • Leading RFP responses and managing engagement economics.
  • Executing resource planning within budget constraints.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical skills and business acumen, along with strong leadership capabilities. Key skills include :

  • Collaboration with client technology professionals and third-party alliances for technology solution implementations.
  • Effective project delivery by monitoring performance, adjusting scope, timing, and resources as necessary.
  • Architecting technology solutions for data movement and integration across multi-vendor landscapes.
  • Developing team members, promoting responsibility, and conducting timely performance reviews.
  • Generating new business opportunities through a thorough understanding of EY’s services.
  • Establishing long-term relationships both internally and externally.
  • Managing a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle including requirements definition and testing.
  • Effective communication with supply chain and technology executives.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and application integration.
  • Proficient in software development and technology business requirements analysis.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and digital fluency skills.

    • To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have :

  • A 4-year bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience with SCM / ERP application implementations as a Technical Lead or Application Development Lead.
  • 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and several Oracle EBS Applications focusing on key modules.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • A proven track record using Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • The ability to research and address client inquiries on emerging issues.
  • A willingness to travel 60-80% of the time.

    • Ideally, You’ll Also Have :

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
