This facility includes a 49-bed, Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, and Level-II NICU, offering advanced neonatal care within a supportive and dynamic working environment. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care in Level-IIIB NICU and other facilities.
• Involve actively in quality improvement initiatives and education within the practice.
• Participate in the transition program for new graduates to develop into proficient practitioners.
• Utilize advanced ventilator support techniques for neonatal patients.
• Engage with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient and family experiences.
• Take part in clinical leadership opportunities as available.
