Customer Service Representative

Onsite | Full-Time

Overview We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers—providing support, processing orders, and ensuring a great experience. The ideal candidate has strong account management skills and experience using software to manage customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Handle correspondence, reports, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.

Enter and update customer orders in the system.

Process information, maintain records, and resolve discrepancies.

Provide quotes, confirm delivery / shipping details, and coordinate with operations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Background in account management.

Team player with the ability to work independently.
