Clinical Recruitment Partner

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Staff (CSS) Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment process for various clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Partner with the business to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies

Manage the ATS system for job postings and candidate tracking

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth / high volume environment

Clinical recruitment experience is required

Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, with knowledge of Workday preferred

Experience in outreach and building partnerships with schools is a plus
