Job description

Infosys is seeking a Operations Portfolio Manager with SRE experience - The position will primarily be responsible for managing the maintenance and support on custom IT applications for the entire Operations and Support Portfolio. The selected candidate should have good technical knowledge, analytical ability, good communication and previous support experience in managing the support and management projects. Candidate should have experience of leading the team and have good understanding of Incident and Problem management.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Overland Park, Kansas or Seattle, WA be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in running Triage and Incident Management involving multiple teams from upstream and downstream system.
• Operations and Support Mindset in Production support : Proactive issue identification using observability tools and dashboards.
• Skilled in using different monitoring & observability tools to track system performance
• Incident commander : Ability to manage complex issues and actively drive incident calls working with technical, product SMEs, and Tier 2 SREs.
• Experience in Splunk (including Splunk APM and Splunk O11y), AppDynamics

Preferred Qualification :

Estimated annual compensation range for the below locations will be :

Bellevue, WA : min $114498 to Max $166913

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
