• : RN Unit Managert for Short Term Rehab UnitWhat You'll Do :  As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. What You'll Bring :  Qualifications of a Unit Manager include : Valid state RN nursing licenseAdvanced degree or certification preferredExperience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferredCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with bothStrong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - : We Hire for Heart!National Health Care Associates (National) is proud to be a family-run organization since 1984.
