AI Trainer

A company is looking for an AI Trainer / Senior Prompt Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of AI model dialogues with users to assess quality and relevance

Identify growth areas and adjustments needed to enhance model accuracy and contextual understanding

Collaborate with the ML and development team to implement feedback and track improvements

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in English (B2+ level)

Experience in content review, editing, or quality assurance in digital or AI-related fields

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to provide constructive feedback for product improvement

Familiarity with AI or conversational models is a plus
