Channel Factory is headquartered in the United States and has global offices across 20+ cities / countries. This position will be based in the United States. Remote work status is subject to change at any time.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to join our relatively new and fast growing Global Brand Partnerships team, based in New York, San Francisco, or Detroit. In this highly visible role, you will lead strategic brand relationships, build new partnerships with top-tier advertisers and their agencies if applicable, and drive global revenue for US and Canada-based brands

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand Partnerships, you will act as a senior business driver and thought partner, shaping go-to-market strategies and working closely with regional sales across the globe, client services, and product teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and expand senior-level relationships with Fortune 500 brands (and their media agencies.)
  • Drive business development with US based brands, delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute verticalized go-to-market strategies aligned with global priorities.
  • Lead strategic conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders at clients and agencies.
  • Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and upselling.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, CSM, Product, Marketing) to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
  • Create and maintain short- and long-term account plans to ensure retention, growth, and renewal.
  • Regularly represent Channel Factory at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, with a strong track record in business development and sales.
  • Extensive senior network across North American advertisers (and their media agencies.)
  • Expertise in media buying models (programmatic, DSPs, PMDs, bidding platforms).
  • Strong communication skills : written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation.
  • Proven ability to lead high-level negotiations and close multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing campaigns and partnerships in YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or other major digital platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into innovative partnership solutions, a solution- and client-first approach.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
  • This role will involve travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.
