Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Approaches : Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply research-supported methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Mentor patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that facilitate ongoing improvement outside of the clinical setting.
