This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 : 00a-4 : 00p and Friday 8 : 00a-3 : 00p
• Patients Per Day : 18
• Practice Setting :  Outpatient Clinic
• Scope : Standard Primary Care, All Ages
• State Licensure : Active Pennsylvania State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
