About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Remediation Research to lead a dynamic team in the field of cloud security. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the company's remediation intelligence, combining the roles of a cloud security practitioner, automation builder, and customer-focused leader. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the Head of Remediation Research expected to be deeply involved in daily operations, from diving into workflows and building logic to supporting escalations. Strategic oversight is also a critical component, as the role involves guiding the team towards world-class remediation outcomes and ensuring that research, investigation processes, and remediation frameworks are in line with real customer needs.

Applicants for the Head of Remediation Research position at the company should have a practitioner-level background in cloud security, SOC, IR, DevSecOps, or detection engineering, with strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP architectures and remediation patterns. Experience with CNAPP platforms is a bonus. The role requires the ability to contribute to automation, including Python, IaC, CI / CD, and serverless technologies, as well as proven experience in leading technical teams and scaling operational processes. Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving leadership style are essential. The Head of Remediation Research will also be responsible for building a culture of technical depth, curiosity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
