Job description

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in stabilizing month-end close operations and integrating multiple legacy platforms into NetSuite. You'll support 90+ P&L entities and help streamline financial processes to support a dynamic, future-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate, deadline-driven month-end close for 90+ unique P&Ls
  • Lead account reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting tasks
  • Support NetSuite implementation and legacy system migration
  • Build Excel-based models, schedules, and audit-ready documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and standardize accounting processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, multi-tab spreadsheets)

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-volume or multi-entity accounting environments

  • CPA or CPA-track

    • Charlotte, NC|Onsite (flexibility to transition to hybrid after 60 days)

    Compensation & Schedule

  • 40-$45 per hour
  • Full-time, W2 contract
