• ?? We’re Hiring : Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! ??

Georgia Behavior Associates (GBA) is looking for passionate and dedicated RBTs to join our growing team! If you love working with children and making a positive impact in families’ lives, this is the opportunity for you.

Schedule : Mon - Fri 1pm - 5pm (Female RBT)

What You’ll Do :

Provide ABA therapy directly to children

Support treatment plans designed by a BCBA

Track progress and share updates with the clinical team

Work closely with families to encourage growth and success

What We Offer :

Requirements :

Active RBT certification (or willingness to complete the certification process—we’ll guide you!)

Fluency in Spanish (required)

Passion for working with children

High school diploma (minimum)
