Continuous Improvement Manager

Summary :

This role is responsible for developing executing and managing the sites continuous improvement strategy and roadmap. As a key driver of operational excellence the RBS Manager plays a pivotal role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement both within the site and across the broader organization. Core responsibilities include leading kaizen events and other improvement initiatives aligned with our Core Value Drivers Obeya Room Strategy and Daily Management systems. The RBS Manager will also lead the deployment and evolution of RBS tools with a strong emphasis on strengthening organizational problem-solving addition this role will oversee critical cross-functional projects that support strategic goals and high-impact development programs. Serving as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager the RBS Manager is also expected to provide leadership coverage in problem solving and daily management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management in creating and executing the RBS Road Map Monthly CVDs and corresponding action plans.
• Partner with Plant Manager to ensure successful execution of the Annual Operating Plan. Know the business numbers and focus on high value improvement (80 / 20)
• Support Model Value Stream planning and development (Vision and Challenges) and execution on supporting A3s and Practical Problem Solving.
• Manage and report on the portfolio of Kaizen activities.
• Oversee the success of the kaizen events including :

Planning of events with a dynamic funnel process tied to the RBS Road Map / Model Value Stream and Daily Management
