Job description$67,000-75,000 Based on experience Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit options Medical, Dental, Vision & Retirement Plan; starting on day 1 Free Online Classes to enhance your manufacturing skills $100 BONUS per referral; work with your family and friends Full time; Evaluation to Hire position; Hiring immediately Review and respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for products. Assist in building, documenting, and introducing new assemblies and support engineering changes to existing Support the design, build, and repair of test fixtures used with the Cable-Eye (Cami) continuity testing system. Diagnose and resolve board assembly issues, performing component level troubleshooting as needed. Assist the Lakewood team and offer support with technical issues by learning the product and offering support Work with production leadership to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, including reviewing labor Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and product flow. Read and interpret customer drawings and electrical schematics to ensure accurate builds and documentation. Support new product introductions (NPI) and transitions into production. Maintain accurate technical and production records, including updates within the ERP system (ShopWorx or Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. Ability to read, interpret, and apply customer drawings and specifications. Proficient in understanding and working with electrical schematics. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Clear and effective communication and teamwork skills. Solid mathematical and data analysis skills Understanding manufacturing workflows and time / labor study principles. Experience with ShopWorx or similar ERP / MRP systems; comfortable learning new systems Lift up to 50 lbs Stand / walk for full shift Bend / Stoop
