Applicants for the Founding Dean position must hold a doctoral degree in a health science, behavioral science, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in health and / or behavioral sciences education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be an effective relationship builder, with a proven track record in leading academic programs and a clear vision for the future of the school.
