Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Engineering Technician :

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues escalated from Tier I, ensuring smooth system functionality
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and components to maintain optimal performance
• Test existing equipment and software, and evaluate new systems to enhance system capabilities
• Develop and create comprehensive documentation and support materials for curriculum and instruction
• Manage and triage technical tickets and bugs before escalation to the engineering team
