Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Full-Time

Flowers Hospita l is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our high-performing, collaborative perioperative team. This full-time role includes a unique and predictable weekly schedule of 1 in-house 24-hour shift and three 8-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week. The position offers a highly competitive $550,000 annual salary with comprehensive benefits.

Position Highlights :

Location :   Flowers Hospital, Dothan, AL

Compensation :   $550,000 annually (based on 48 hours / week)

Schedule :   1 in-house 24-hour shift + 3 8-hour shifts

Model :   Medical Direction Model

Malpractice Insurance : Covered, 1 mil / 3 mil policy

Vacation Time :   10 weeks

Requirements :

• Board Eligible / Board Certified
• Must be qualified for an Alabama medical license
