Restaurant Manager – Casual Dining
Location : Madison, Mississippi
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations at our busy casual dining restaurant. Our menu combines guest favorites with creative seasonal additions, and we take pride in delivering meals made with care and a local touch in Madison, Mississippi.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Create and implement action plans to meet operational goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Support hiring, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on financial targets, P&L, and budgeting.
- Foster clear communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Contribute to overall restaurant growth by driving sales and guest satisfaction.
