Shift : Days | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Duration : 13 weeks, Contract-to-Perm

Start : ASAP (Credentialing Required)

Overview :

Seeking a Diabetes Educator to provide outpatient diabetes self-management and nutrition education. You’ll lead patient instruction, support community programs, and maintain ADA Diabetes Recognition Program standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in Nutrition or related field
• BLS (AHA certified) – Required
• RD & CDCES – Preferred
• 0–2 years of experience
