Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control activities including inspection testing and release of raw materials in-process and finished products.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA ISO 9001) and customer specifications.
• Manage internal and external quality audits ensuring timely resolution of findings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality process efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance team fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
