We are currently hiring CNC Operators / Programmers in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $28 - $30 per hour based on experience and skill set. CNC Operator / Programmer Responsibilities :

• Set up CNC machines for production runs, including loading tools and setting work offsets
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD / CAM software outputs
• Write and modify CNC programs using G-code and other programming languages
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
• Conduct quality checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that may arise
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
• Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities

CNC Operator / Programmer Qualifications :

5+ years experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer

Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and technical drawings

Understanding of G-code programming and CNC machining processes

Experience with CAD / CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, SolidWorks)
