Position Overview :

We're seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and adult patients with complex medical needs. Clinical Responsibilities :

• Tracheostomy care and suctioning
• G-tube feeding and maintenance
• Ventilator and BiPAP management
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Implementation of physician-ordered care plans
• Family education and support
• Emergency response and clinical decision-making
