Client Representative

A company is looking for a Client Representative - GSS. Key Responsibilities Provide world-class service on all client interactions while applying strong knowledge of products and services Facilitate financial and non-financial transactions accurately while adhering to legal requirements Participate in new hire training and ongoing training sessions, including weekly mentoring with management Required Qualifications Client Service / Customer Service experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8 : 00 am - 8 : 00 pm ET Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new software systems Role may be hybrid or remote depending on location
