Our products are on offroad vehicles, boats, RVs, vans, fire trucks, military vehicles and just about anything else that moves. TRIO is being used on 6 / 7 continents (if you are in Antarctica, we’d love to get you a mount!) in the most rugged conditions, enabling exploration and connectivity for every use case. Starlink’s growth has been explosive and TRIO is growing in lockstep.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Director of Marketing who will take full ownership of the revenue generation for the DTC channel. This is a unique role for someone who wants to build the function from a blank slate — with a strong foundation of organic growth, untapped customer data, and a scaling product to give you a jump start.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand our reach, shape our brand, and accelerate revenue growth. As the point person on the marketing team, you will partner closely with the founders to drive and shape who TRIO is.
Key Responsibilities
- Own DTC Goals
- Develop both scrappy and scalable tactics to grow our e-commerce presence
- Buildout processes and playbooks to solidify DTC foundation
- Create and measure KPIs and North Star metrics for ecomm
- Build & Strengthen Brand Identity
- Shape brand identity that aligns with TRIO’s customers and values
- Elevate and communicate brand identity everywhere TRIO shows up (website, social, ads, creative, etc)
Grow Revenue
Implement New Growth Strategies : Comfortable building out paid campaigns, SEO, influencer marketing, and other avenues aligned with our brandMaximize Proven Channels : Leverage and optimize existing high-performing organic channelsInnovation & Experimentation
