About the Role

Applicants for the CSO position at the company must hold a Ph.D. or M.D. / Ph.D. in cancer biology or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including a significant tenure in immune-oncology full-cycle drug development. The ideal candidate will have a background in oncology and experience with biologics such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates. Essential skills include scientific expertise in oncology, immunology, tumor biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology, as well as a strong ability to communicate complex scientific concepts.
