Responsibilities
Responsible for profitability for sales departmentAssist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achievemonthly and annual forecastsHire train mentor support and monitor the performance of department staffMaintain superior customer service (CSI)Assist in developing an advertising and marketing planWork directly with our employees and customers to develop lifetime business relationships and establish a customer referral networkAssist sales managers in working and closing dealsQualifications
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsSome college preferred but at a minimum a high school diplomaMinimum 3-5 years of Automotive Management ExperienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAn understanding of inventory controlStrong Computer & Phone SkillsProfessional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated goal oriented and ability to work within a fast paced environmentCurrent valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Required Experience :
