About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its Rehabilitative Sciences programs, which include physical therapy and occupational therapy. The role requires a Doctorate or terminal academic degree, 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, and a current clinical certification in a rehabilitative sciences discipline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accreditation standards, be adept at financial and operational management, and possess exceptional people management and team-building abilities. The Dean will also be expected to have a strategic orientation, be an effective communicator, and be committed to academic excellence in line with the institution's mission and values.
