Description The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients / clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Accredited Physical Therapy Program Upon hire : Washington Physical Therapist License Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications : Master's Degree Accredited Physical Therapy Program Or Ph.D. Accredited Physical Therapy Program Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required.
