After School Group Leader-Part-Time - Newport, CA

As a Group Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the students memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Location : Newport-Mesa Area Elementary Schools

Schedule : Must be available Monday - Friday, 2 : 00 PM - 6 pm -No weekends!

Pay & Benefits :

  • 22-$25 / hour (pay is based on education and experience)
  • Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer

Here's what you'll need :

  • Must have at least 48 credit hours completed towards a degree (or an associates)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

    • As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following :

  • Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
