Job Summary :

Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking an adult medicine, family medicine, primary care physician to join an established outpatient practice of 2 family medicine providers in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates :

  • Board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
  • Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain one
  • New family medicine residents and practicing physicians will be considered
  • Interest in providing adult medicine care in an outpatient setting

Benefits / Incentives :

  • Option for full partnership in 2 years
  • Family medicine outpatient only
  • Production based model - profit sharing, 401K
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, life
  • Paid holidays and flexible vacation, CME allowance
  • 1 : 3 phone call
  • Monday- Friday 4 ½ day schedule
  • No state income tax
