I am reaching out as the founder and CEO of NeoBeginnings, a neonatal practice staffed with neonatologists and nurse practitioners across Texas.

We are currently seeking a neonatologist for a full-time position at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas. We invite you to consider this opportunity to join a growing group of professionals expanding throughout the state.

Full-time Neonatology Position :

  • Employed clinical partner with NeoBeginnings PLLC, associated with Hendrick Medical Center
  • Location features a Level III & Level II accredited NICU.
  • Staffing Model : 2 Neonatologists, home call with NNP, 24-hour in-house coverage at Level III

Duration / Hours :

  • Full-time contract with automatic renewal if mutually agreed.
  • Expected clinical work : 16 days per month.
  • Must cover 50% of national holidays, in coordination with a second doctor.
  • Physical presence in the NICU for 6 to 8 hours daily (approximately 8-9 AM to 2-3 PM on weekdays; flexible during weekends); remaining time from home.
  • Some outreach may be required; outreach hours count toward the 15 work days per month.
