Integrated Polymer Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager who is responsible for the development of significant customer agreements, negotiation of contracts, and leading USG audits / evaluations for business of providing cutting-edge technology for commercial, aerospace and defense applications. IPS is comprised of 10 highly respected brands, each recognized for their expertise and innovation : AkroFire, ABBA Roller, Icon Aerospace Technology, IRP Medical, MAST Technologies, Northern Engineering Sheffield (NES), Rubbercraft, Swift Textile Metalizing (STM), RMB Products, and SPIRA Manufacturing.Our extensive product portfolio includes elastomeric seals, gaskets, tooling, hoses, ablatives, survivability tiles, coatings and tapes, EMI and thermal shielding, electrically conductive metalized fabrics, and encapsulated O-rings-all designed to meet the most demanding performance requirements in mission-critical Responsibilities : Focal point for all USG oversight agencies - DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency), DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) and buying commandsSubject Matter expert (SME) to support USG-related reporting and contracting requirements including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) / CAS (Cost Account Standards) complianceNegotiate agreements including agency agreements, non-disclosures, sales agreements, etc. with external stakeholdersCoordinate customer business matters within all levels of the organization as well as suppliers and customers regarding customer relationships, contracts, order management and new businessEstablish and maintain effective customer working relationship leading to new business opportunities (through new or derivative products) including providing input for strategic planning process.Oversees processing and management of all customer purchase orders, special requests and contract structures / vehiclesCoordinates with outside counsel as neededPerforms a variety of management duties, including assisting with special projects / tasks specific to departmental needs, strategic planning and business planningAll other duties as assignedJob Specifications : Education : 4 Year Technical Degree require; advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience - CPA / MBA / JD preferredYears Experience : 10+ years of related work experience in contract management, USG compliance, procurement and prime contract supportSkills : Robust, demonstrated project planning and management skills; track record of successful resultsStrong senior leadership and staff development skills; ability to assume senior management team responsibilitiesAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel,PowerPoint); experience with ERP software preferred.
