The Role :

As a Product Designer at Fliff youll shape customer experiences that feel clear engaging and distinctly ours. Youll collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life from early sketches to polished designs. Youll have ownership over projects while also teaming up with senior designers on bigger initiatives learning their approach and adding your perspective. Were looking for someone curious collaborative and excited to grow their craft in a fast-moving environment where design has a strong voice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality product design work across flows visuals and interactions that meet a high standard of clarity usability and craft.
• Collaborate with senior designers to establish design direction then work alongside product managers and engineers to execute and deliver projects from concept to launch.
• Contribute to our design system applying it with care and improving it when needed.
• Simplify complex problems into user experiences that feel intuitive and effortless. For example by designing and implementing a user onboarding and KYC verification flow that achieved a 70% completion rate significantly improving user conversion and activation.
• Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Champion proactive communication by sharing work openly building alignment across teams and helping remove silos.
• Collaborate during weekly stand-ups 1 : 1s with Senior Product Designers and stand-ups with respective product and engineering counterparts.
