RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proven skills in fast-paced surgical and clinical support environments

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures

Support surgeons and surgical teams in the OR

Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies

Maintain sterile technique and follow safety protocols

Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
