Neuro Interventional Radiology – Crouse Hospital\n\nPosition : RN or IR Technologist (as applicable)\nUnit : Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR)\nCare Focus : Endovascular patients, diagnostic and interventional neuro procedures\n\nTraveler Requirements\nRN Requirements\n\nCertifications : Active & clear RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS\n\nExperience : Neuro ICU experience required\n\nPreferred : 2+ years Neuro IR, radiology, IR / Cath Lab experience\n\nCharting : Cerner\n\nDress Code : Hospital-provided procedural scrubs\n\nTechnologist Requirements\n\nCertifications : \n\nBLS\n\nARRT\n\nARRT VI (preferred; determined during interview)\n\nSkills Required : \n\nStrong sterile / scrub technique\n\nSiemens equipment\n\nKnowledge of Neuro IR procedures\n\nEPIC (required)\n\nEPIC Cupid (preferred)\n\nStroke experience\n\nProcedure circulation\n\nEquipment : Alaris, Omnicell\n\nExperience & Travel Rules\n\nWill accept traveler with 1 year experience?\n\nTech : Yes, but MUST have Neuro IR experience\n\nIR-only experience is not accepted\n\nFirst-time traveler accepted?\n\nTech : Yes\n\nTraveler Distance Rule : Must live 100+ miles from facility\n\nReturn Rule : Permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as travelers
