Position Summary

The Merchandise Operations Manager will be responsible across both brands for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution of merchandising processes across both brands. This includes inventory management, pricing accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional coordination between brands, stores, warehouse and marketing. You will ensure that products are in the right place at the right time both physically and online while driving data informed decisions to optimize sales and profitability. The role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Operations & Process Execution

• Manage merchandise flow from purchase order through warehouse allocation to store delivery.
• Oversee item setup, purchase order accuracy, and pricing integrity across systems.
• Ensure product launches, seasonal resets, and promotions are executed on time and error-free.
• Standardize and document operating procedures for merchandise operations across both brands.
• Coordinate new product photo shoots with marketing team, ensuring new items are shipped on time for a timely launch.
