Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from December 1-29 at their Corporate Health center in Chesapeake, VA. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Friday 7 : 00am-5 : 30pm with a 30-minute lunch break and rotating Saturdays 9 : 00am-2 : 00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shifts needs are December 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 27, & 29.
