State Licensed Advocacy Director

A company is looking for a Director, State Advocacy & Democratic Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage training modules and logistics for the State Legislative Advocacy Academy

Oversee the Leadership Program, including participant support and program evaluation

Lead advocacy initiatives and coordinate events focused on rule of law and democracy

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

5-7 years of experience in legislative advocacy or state-level political organizing

Experience supervising staff in a remote environment

Proven program management and leadership experience

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects
