ROLE SUMMARY :

• As a Job Coach, you will empower and support adult employees with disabilities in achieving their full potential in competitive employment positions.
• As a Job Coach, you'll play a vital role in training, supervising, and mentoring clients, while fostering relationships between work site personnel and employees to ensure their success.
