Shift : 7am to 7pm

Duties : Primary Care, Urgent Care

Duties : Experienced FNP or PA for family practice clinic - ages 2 and up, EPIC experience helpful, familiar with procedures, women's health, must be willing to comply with mask / PPE requirements.

Possibility of longer-term opportunity!

REQUIREMENTS : Active Utah license
