Job descriptionCompetitive pay range ($75.16–$112.74 / hr) Monday–Friday schedule, daytime shifts only Leadership-only role (no patient care or tech work) Professional growth opportunities within a top California health system Comprehensive benefits : health, vision, dental, and life insurance $500 referral bonus after your referral completes 20 shifts Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, or business required Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in diagnostic imaging (acute care or hospital system) Knowledge of TJC, CMS, MQSA, ACR, and FDA regulations Super-user proficiency in Epic and RIS / PACS systems Experience leading teams, implementing new technology, and improving processes Strong analytical and financial management skills Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-10, authorizations, referrals, and revenue cycle Provide daily operational leadership for CT and DX imaging services Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff training Oversee department budgets, labor costs, and performance reporting Ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met Lead technology and process improvement initiatives Coordinate equipment maintenance and replacement planning Build positive relationships with staff and physicians to ensure smooth operations

Join a respected hospital team in Mountain View, CA, where you will lead CT and Diagnostic X-ray operations, manage staff and workflow, and drive operational excellence.
This is a leadership and operations-focused position — no direct patient care or tech work.

- Location : Mountain View, CA
- Pay : $75.16 – $112.74 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (start time between 7 : 30 AM – 9 : 30 AM)
