Collections Associate

Our client is seeking a Collections Associate to join their team. As a Collections Associate, you will be part of the finance department supporting key account management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Collections Associate

Location : Arlington, VA

What's the Job?

Work proactively with Category Account Managers to review and analyze post-audit claims to determine validity and seek repayment from customers when necessary.

Provide trend analysis on post-audits to leadership to ensure understanding of high-risk areas.

Collaborate with the Credit team on post-audit deductions.

Support compliance with company terms and policies while proposing solutions to streamline reporting and responsibilities.

Lead business review meetings with necessary stakeholders to ensure proper escalation of issues and trend analysis.

Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance professionals.
